The Board is responsible to its shareholders for the overall governance and performace of the company.

The roles and responsibilites of the Board, Board Committees, management and operating subsidiaries have been established through Board approved charters and formal delegations of authority. The Board and Committee Charters including the Corporate Governance Charter provide the basis for the good governance of the company and operate in conjunction with the Constitution of the company, the Corporations Act and other relevant laws.
