Mr Chrisp has an intimate knowledge of the Company’s projects, having aquired them over many years and carried out extensive exploration. Director of Centrex Metals Limited and several private companies.
Geoffrey Hill – FCPA, FCDA, FSIA

Mr. Geoffrey Hill, a merchant banker and successful businessman with over 30 years experience (including substantial experience in resource companies) and resident of Hong Kong. Strong Australian and Asian business connections. Also a director of numerous public and private companies. Mr Hill holds no shares in Outback and is considered an ‘independent’ director.
Jason Chrisp - DBAC, CDC
Non-Executive Director
Mr Jason Chrisp, an experienced accountant with background in numerous aspects of business and finance. Also highly proficient in computer modelling, he possesses advanced computer skills. Is a private company director and Outback shareholder.

Mr Benjamin Chrisp, an experienced administration and project manager trained in IT, including CAD modelling and earthworks design, with some mineral exploration experience. Is a private company director and Outback shareholder.
